02 Wrx Fuel Pump Wiring Diagram
After 10k of a cheap napa fuel filter, the thing started leaking under the cap. My car runs fine, only issue i have is when i turn the key to the on position, the pump runs 100% of the itme, it doesnt prime then shutoff like it.

The weird thing is, when i follow the diagram from the 02 wrx. The pump seems to be running backwards (sucking fuel instead of pumping it). Broke out the multimeter and confirmed voltage being sent to pump, but no ground.
If the wire has power than the fuel pump is likely dead. It should either refuse to start or start and die once the remaining fuel is used up in the fuel. Open your hood and unplug all four wire pin connectors on the coil pack.
Ensure the vehicle is off and disconnect the blue 15 amp fuel pump fuse, in the main fuse box. The swap went smoothly with the exception of the fuel pump controller. It's labeled f/pmp on back of the box cover.

These may not be relevant but.if blue relay is fuel pump relay and it's pushing 12v then this diagram shows a straight link to the fuel pump which would mean i have a bad connection or melted plug or something from a dying fuel pump.
